The song is about coming to grips with yourself to the point of saying I'm sorry. I'm sorry for the abuse for now it's time for a change. In many ways finding peace within can come with just a drive on a highway or maybe quiet time in a room to gather your thoughts. And yes the ending is a march of death that ends all of the pain but it's really up to you on how your pain ends afterwards. Is it new episodes of you and your life or does it become the finale chapter and the death of you.

This was recorded at my studios "Utopia" during the summer of 2002. and first incarnation of The Killing Floor. The JCM Band, the name of the band at the time, with the original line up and only a three piece. ~Juan Carlos: Guitars
Captured here is my first time doing this track "Scuttle Buttin', a Stevie Ray Vaughan tune. Looking back at my guitar and amp tone... It was very different and I do remember using a Carvin XB-100 amp, I think is the name of the model, and my green Legacy G&L (Yvonne). I was in a Stevie Ray Vaughan kick mode for about six months. I remember a buddy of mine Brian asking me to do this tune back in '92. So it stayed with me and low and behold I'm doing it now. Brian, my friend, this one will always be for you bro... Performing and paying their dues in bar/clubs to large festivals since 2003 locally and regional throughout the music scene in south, central Texas. Seasoned professional and fearless to almost any live situation as they have been through it all for the gospel sake of their music to be heard. Band mileage through rocky roads and against the grain of cliché was never invain. The evidence has gazed upon on the eyes and ears of their fans. Different incarnation of band members through the years has proven their distinctive sound has always remained signature. Experimenting with tones and bending the rules of music with various other styles ranging from a wide and diverse musical spectrum of; rock, blues, Latin, funk and whatever feels good at any given time. The music is honest and real for the listener watching a performance or listening to their CD. Meaningful lyrics and melodic vocals, undulating emotionally driven guitars, poignant groove bass lines, and insistent high-energy drums and percussion is one of many phases that has found its way to their sound. The Killing Floor’s philosophy is simple… Reinvent yourself, keep it spontaneous and never settle. But the key is to always love what you do no matter what. The spiritually of life's experiences, influences and countless of hours rehearsing has been a blessing and at times a curse. Perseverance,faith and love has always mended loose ends and weed off the bad karma. The Killing Floor is an experience and a labor of love creation that’s here to stay and produce music for many years to come. - THE ALBUM – Highly anticipated “La Danza Macabra” from The Killing Floor. Is their first and full length album that was offically release world wide on July 1, 2008. Ten tracks were produce by The Killing Floor and recorded at The Rhythm Room studios, San Antonio, Texas with ~Juan Carlos as producer and Peter Carey as co-producer/engineer. Later then mastered by “The Wizard” Jerry Tubbs at Terra Nova studios in Austin, Texas.
